Job Profile
The incumbent would be troubleshooting technical issues relating to hardware, Operating Systems and Networking through voice and remote access.
Desired Skills
Excellent communication skills in English. Good understanding of hardware, OS and networking technologies. Senior/Expert profile is available to candidates with relevant experience.
