Ability to conduct technical training programs on floor to new hires to ensure their smooth transition from training to floor. Take ownership of New Hire performance on client metrics.
Desired Skills
Ability to give Feedback and Coaching. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Ability to absorb and transmit product knowledge quickly. Should have worked in technical process and should possess exceptional technical knowledge in the areas of Hardware, Networking, O/S and printers.
