Ability to lead and manage a team. Ability to achieve stretched targets and take decisions as well as Manage Complex/Difficult Employee Situations. Customer/Client Interaction. Will handle a team of executives and coaches. Will be the SPOC for the team.
Desired Skills
Experience of handling a technical support process. Analytical, Logical Reasoning and Numerical Ability. Should possess exceptional Verbal Communication Skills and People Management Skills.
